Location Based Attendance:

Lopic helps you ensure your pharmacy operation is smoother than ever. With Location Checking, employees can check in and check out using our mobile or web application. With every attempt- Lopic ensures that the employees are within an acceptable distance from the pharmacy. Ensuring your peace of mind and promoting a sense of accountability! 

Mannual Attendance:

On a busy day- your employees might forget to check-in or check-out. We run a tight ship here at Lopic but we understand that there's always room for error. Your employees can now navigate to the 'Time Sheet' and apply for 'Mannual Attendance' which enables them to enter in their 'Check In' and 'Check Out' times themselves. 

Attendance Approval:

In out quest to enable you, we've given you complete control of your human resource operations. When a staff members applies for 'Mannual Attendance' you can follow the steps to either 'Approve' or 'Reject' their attendance. 
 

1. First, click on the 'Staff' tab in the top navigation bar. 
2. Select the 'Attendance' sub tab. 
3. Click on 'Approve' if you've validated the working hours or click 'Reject' if the validation did not go as expected. In case of rejections, the staff member will be considered 'Absent' from their shift.
