What kind of witchcraft are 'Gaps' and how do they work?

Gaps are time periods in which your schedule is missing a Pharmacist. Lopic's scheduler engine intelligently runs through all your shifts and jobs to scout for a time period that does not have a Pharmacist present. 

What do we do then?

Lopic displays all gaps on your Pharmacy and Branch dashboard. 

You can click on any one of these gaps and create a 'Job' or 'Shift' against them.
