Status Management For Locum Jobs:

 

  • What Are 'Active' Jobs? The Active Status Represents All Jobs That Currently Have A Locum Assigned To Them. 
  • What Are 'Pending' Jobs? The Pending Status Represents All Jobs For Which At-least 1 Locum Has Applied To. You Can Head On Over To Pharmacy Dashboard To See All Pending Job Approvals. 
  • What Are 'Cancelled' Jobs? The Cancelled Status Represents All Jobs Which Are Past Their Duty Time & Had No Locum Assigned To Them Or Were Cancelled By You For A Certain Reason. 
  • What Are 'Paid' Jobs? The Paid Status Represents All Jobs Which Are Completed & The Payment Has Been Credited To The Locum In Question. 
  • What Are 'Payment Approved' Jobs? The Payment Approved Status Represents All Jobs Which Are Completed & The Payment Has Been Approved For The Locum In Question & Will Be Credited Shortly. 
  • What Are 'Completed' Jobs? The Completed Status Represents All Jobs Which Were Completed On Their Respective Times, According To The Agreed Upon Operating Procedures. 

Status Management For Staff Shifts:

 

  • What Are 'Pending' Shifts? The Pending Status Represents All Shifts Which Are Essentially A Gap For Which At-least 1 Staff PharmacistHas Applied To. You Can Head On Over To Staff Section To See All Pending Gap Approvals. 
  • What Are 'Active' Shifts? The Active Status Represents All Shifts That Currently Have A Staff Member Assigned To Them.
