Getting Started: Adding Your First Staff Member.

Let's add your first Staff member right away!

  1. First, head on to the 'Staff' section. You can do this by clicking on the 'Staff' tab in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Click on the 'Add Staff' button. 
  3. Enter in the mandatory information and click 'Send Invite'.
  4. The Staff member in question will receive an invite in their registered email inbox with temporary credentials. They can log in with these credentials and change their password after to secure their account. 

What if you enter in the wrong e-mail? Don't worry- we've got you covered. 

  1. Return to the main Staff listing. You should be able to see an email icon at the end of the row against each of your added staff members. 
  2. Once you've clicked on it, you'll be able to enter in a new e-mail and resend the invite.  
  3. Another invite will be sent out and the previous invite will be discarded for security reasons.
