We've got a comprehensive and deeply thought out status engine in place so you do not have to go through a management nightmare. Lopic is developed by Pharmacists which is why we've added all the possible status options you might need to keep things running smoothly. 

### Status Management For Locum Jobs:

-   **What Are 'Active' Jobs?** The Active Status Represents All Jobs That Currently Have A Locum Assigned To Them. 
-   **What Are 'Pending' Jobs?** The Pending Status Represents All Jobs For Which At-least 1 Locum Has Applied To. You Can Head On Over To Pharmacy Dashboard To See All Pending Job Approvals. 
-   **What Are 'Cancelled' Jobs?** The Cancelled Status Represents All Jobs Which Are Past Their Duty Time & Had No Locum Assigned To Them Or Were Cancelled By You For A Certain Reason. 
-   **What Are 'Paid' Jobs?** The Paid Status Represents All Jobs Which Are Completed & The Payment Has Been Credited To The Locum In Question. 
-   **What Are 'Payment Approved' Jobs?** The Payment Approved Status Represents All Jobs Which Are Completed & The Payment Has Been Approved For The Locum In Question & Will Be Credited Shortly. 
-   **What Are 'Completed' Jobs?** The Completed Status Represents All Jobs Which Were Completed On Their Respective Times, According To The Agreed Upon Operating Procedures. 

### Status Management For Staff Shifts:

-   **What Are 'Pending' Shifts?** The Pending Status Represents All Shifts Which Are Essentially A Gap For Which At-least 1 Staff PharmacistHas Applied To. You Can Head On Over To Staff Section To See All Pending Gap Approvals. 
-   **What Are 'Active' Shifts?** The Active Status Represents All Shifts That Currently Have A Staff Member Assigned To Them.
